A Capital Landmark

Having been successful in a 6 way pitch against, Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, Interbrand, Wolff Olins and 7th Art, Ripe were appointed to create the brand strategy for the $1Bn Yas Hotel built over the F1 race track on the Yas Marina Island development in Abu Dhabi. 

The project delivered all aspects of the brand's identity and roll out over some 500+ collateral pieces including all written communication, web and interactive media, way finding, environmental, advertising and promotional media.

A New CBD

Bahrain Bay is arguably the most important development project in the capital city of Manama. Located on a reclaimed crescent adjacent to the Financial Harbour and immediately opposite the iconic World Trade Centre with it’s bridged wind turbines, Bahrain Bay is $2.5 billion dollar world class mixed use urban district consisting of residential, a Four Seasons Hotel, Commercial & Retail space – a whole waterfront community.

Digital strategy

Ripe delivered a detailed research project to provide the foundations for a strong international digital strategy and new website for the Bahrain Bay development.

Media & advertising

Given the prime position of the new CBD project the site lends itself perfectly to super sized billboards and Ripe were up to the challenge creating mister sized files for production!

At over twenty acres of prime commercial, residential and retail space, First Street Manchester is one of the most important developments in the north west. Ripe got together all the key stakeholders, including the developers, the architects and Manchester City Council for a series of workshops aimed at creating the basis for a brand that will not only deliver the scheme throughout its development stage but also well into the century. As the scheme will play such an intrinsic role to the success of Manchester, the brand has been designed to reflect and sit along side the original modern essence of the city itself, not only through the name and the visual identity, but also ingrained into the way everything is done at First Street from the ground up.

Urban luxury resort

Situated in the heart of the historic V&A Waterfront in Cape Town is Sol Kerzner’s latest luxury urban One & Only resort. The V&A Waterfront are long standing clients of Ripe so it is great tosee our two clients come together to deliver such an inspiring and luxurious hotel under Table Mountain in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.

Resort Film

Ripe created a short resort film to help the launch the latest destination in the One & Only property portfolio. Launching the hotel at the Las Vegas travel conference Ripe’s film opened the proceedings to a packed house of over 1000 Virtuoso luxury travel professionals.

CGI Visualisations

Working with interior design partners Tihany Design in New York and leading local architect Dennis Fabian Ripe have also produced the computer generated renderings for the resort which feature in all the marketing collateral elements and throughout the film.
