Hungate is York’s largest city centre residential project, utilising the latest techniques in sustainable, eco-friendly development methods, and has its own riverside nature reserve.
Brief
To design, manage and install a marketing suite concept for the development, that provides a focussed and engaging customer experience and maximises enquiries and visits to the show apartments.
Solution
Ripe’s 3D interior design specialists produced a range of photo accurate concepts for the suite, showing clear customer journey planning and a range of options for how key message and information could be communicated effectively within the space. The client had many options to choose from and ultimately decided upon a hybrid of two of our original concepts.
Result
Visitor levels to the development increased substantially resulting in very high sales conversion rates in very challenging marketing conditions.
