Whitehall Riverside brochure

Background

Town Centre Securities (TCS) are Leeds largest property development company. Ripe have worked closely with TCS since 1999 and continue to advise on all aspects of brand communication for the business and its numerous development projects.

Brief

To design an investment sale brochure for the disposal of No.1 Whitehall Riverside, a 100,000 sq ft grade A office building located on the river Aire near Leeds train station.

Solution

Ripe produced a hard backed book covered in a dark blue linen cloth for the sale brochure. The first half of the brochure is on a high quality coated paper to lift the professional architectural photography and uncoated art-paper is used for the tenancy and building specification pages to compliment the formal and factual nature of the information.
